Brilliant lunch, particularly the GF options. Staff pleasant, a really enjoyable afternoon.

Great choice, quality, friendly staff.

The bar  area was very full. The table booked in my my name was occupied and we had to persuade the people to make room.  The bar was noisy causing us to leave as soon as we had eaten.  I would much prefer to eat in the restaurant.

The food was nice but there wasn’t much salad in the burger and the bun was soggy. I have eaten a number of times at the civil service club and never had any problems but the chicken burger wasn’t as nice as it usually is.  Other than that it’s a great place to catch up.

Excellent food as always with good portions and friendly service.

Everything is really good and excellent value. It is just a shame that there is nowhere quieter to eat. We miss the dining room for that

Such a nice place to visit nr the heart of London, we always pop in if visiting.

We had Sunday Lunch on 25th May 2025 for 6 adults. My partner & I arrived early and had a drink in the Bar, Bogdan was friendly, welcoming and professional. Once our allocated table became available we sat at it. Our Four guests arrived and five of us had the Sunday Roast and one had the Salmon fillet. We also had various drinks with lunch, Wine, Beer, Cider. We also had desserts and coffees. This lunch was a small family reunion. The food and drinks were excellent, as was the service and 

terrific value for money. Due to the next reservation changing their seating plans we had our table for 4 hours which was excellent, no pressure to vacate etc. We were allowed to continue our conversations in a very civilised, welcoming oasis situated in the centre of London. The staff are always Polite, Professional and friendly. We will endeavour to visit every time we are in London. Lifetime membership fee well worth the money. Looking forward to our next visit in June.

Found having evening meals very noisy in the Bar and TV areas.  Could do with a quiet dinning area.

The service was not great especially in the morning for breakfast found had to chase up the water for coffee and getting the order right.  Having said that the meals were well priced for centre of London and plenty of portions.
