The young Polish lady behind the bar needs to smile more, be more friendly and be more welcoming to the clientele.

Had a very enjoyable lunch. However, the table was crammed in a corner and not very comfortable.
Tables need room around them so members and guests can sit comfortably.

We liked the new layout in the downstairs bar area; it gives more room and the tables can be put together for a large group. The only 4* is because they forgot we ordered tea after our meal and had to remind them otherwise service was good.
