As always a very pleasant experience! Friendly, helpful staff. Great ambiance and delicious food.

The only problem I had was that your reception did not have the list of my members. They could not find my email I sent. Otherwise the meal and service was Magic. Thank you once again CSC.

We yet again experienced an issue with booking a table for an evening meal. This was eventually resolved after speaking to the Manager. 

The main issue  is people who HAVE NOT booked a table using that table until the last minute, OR worse still deny any knowledge of seeing a RESERVED  Sign on the table at all , where did it go ? who knows ?they plead the third amendment !! This means in future that if we are intending to eat in the evening we will either book UPSTAIRS in the Large Dining Room, oR, and this is very sad, reluctantly  eat somewhere close by, because it is not worth the hassle of changing tables, to a table that we did noit reallly want, because our original preference has been changed. or there is no table available at all. THE MESSAGE IS, IF WE BOOK  A SPECIFIC TABLE FOR A SPECIFIC TIME EITHER ON THE DAY IN THE MORNING OR THE DAY BEFORE WE EXPECT IT TO BE AVAILABLE UNLESS SOMEONE ELSE HAS PRE BOOKED IT.  NO EXCUSES, our special guests , and potential new members were left with a very bad impression of the dining table booking system.

Great service excellent reception. Also value for money.

Breakfast was a joy. 

It has become so busy snd loud there at mealtimes , it is difficult to hear and it is not relaxing

Staff were very friendly. Food was very nice and reasonably priced.

Steak and ale pie for lunch was substantial enough to last me the whole day!  The beer was good as well.

Dominika sorting the booking for my Retirement party and the bar staff were excellent. Food buffet was amazing too. My guests were very impressed.

Stayed for pre- theatre meal. Originally, could only find a table outside to book. Spoke to Anne at reception  and my thanks to her for finding us a table inside as we were only staying for hour or so.

Booked a table over a week ago and when I got there they had forgotten to book it. Didn’t even get so much as an apology.

Atmosphere great, but noisy!

Staff are always so friendly and welcoming. I brought family members for drinks and both are now joining the club.
