The service and food were excellent as usual

Excellent food and good value for money.  A friendly, welcoming atmosphere.  The refurbished bar is looking great too!

There were plumbing issues as well as a lift out of order. The receptionist on the 21st and 22nd May was so thoughtful and managed quite a contentious time with some inconsiderate visitors. She certainly was the target of discontent but had such a helpful cheerful understanding nature which to be honest with most individuals would have disappeared with the plumbing. A superb front of house member of staff for which we would like to sing her praises.Again good food , service and really comfortable stay...the cold shower well just one of those things.

The non availability of the dinning room is a significant loss.

Excellent meal with great service

No reservation tickets on the table when we arrived at 12. Sat at our usual booth.  The guy putting tickets out said there wasn't one for 3 at 12 despite my reservation so we stayed where we were.  Later on I was asked if i did book, was told the system implied i hadn't arrived and was very late

 Not the first time my reservation hasn't been quite right. Needs to be improved or at least have first names on reservation tickets

Had an excellent evening there with friends. 

The food was lovely and the beer reasonably priced for central London.

The club has a good atmosphere and is excellent to pop into for a quiet coffee during the day or a slightly more boisterous one in the evening. The staff are friendly and attentive so you don’t have to wait long to be served  

Will definitely be back.

2 friends invited to the dining room, Sat 7th, were very impressed - one is a concierge at a 5 star hotel

The staff were superb, service was amazing & the food was generous & exceptionally tasty.
