Very Good Place to entertain Guests and enjoy Good Food.

Very pleasant few hours passed with good food, good wine and good company.

Good choice of menu - both food and drink - friendly and helpful staff and great location.

I booked for breakfast on June 5th.The club was busy but we were served promptly and everyone was very helpful.Again went back after the pageant very busy but staff were coping well and again no problems.

We were warmly welcomed at reception. Our meal and drinks were served promptly by cheerful helpful staff. I thought the portions were generous and definitely good value. We were slightly disappointed by not being offered a traditional Sunday lunch however believe this was due to the Platinum Jubilee celebration weekend. We look forward to our next visit.

I really enjoyed the food & service.

It would be an improvement if those chairs with torn covers can be replaced with new ones

Bar staff are friendly and polite always interact with the customers which means alot.  I've been for breakfast and it's good value  and my guest are always happy with the  club meals now you change the menu. It's a pleasure to be member.

Fantastic location and ambiance for the Jubilee Bank Holiday. Holiday atmosphere enhanced by the outdoor BBQ for the Jubilee weekend. Staff very helpful and polite despite being extremely busy. Excellent service and delicious food as usual. Thank you CSC for another enjoyable family lunch!

Staff were excellent.

The new plastic chairs in outside area (smoking side) are too low for the large round tables.

We always enjoy our trips up to London and for us having access to the CSC makes the trip all the better.

Excellent all round

It was our first visit to the Civil Service Club and we felt disappointed in the place as it was not up to the standard that we were expecting being tired and in need of refurbishment, particularly in the eating places.



The food was good and a reasonable price, but the decor let the whole place down.

Very enjoyable visit - bbq was great

We were rudely challenged twice by staff for sitting at our booked table. Apparently things had been so chaotic in the bar area, that many customers were seated at the wrong tables. 



It raises serious questions that my wife and I, both Indian and the only non-white people there, were the only guests who were challenged in this way. Disgraceful behaviour of the manager to challenge us rudely and aggressively as to why were were seated where were, having booked in advance and arrived on time for our booking. 



The bar staff and other staff are usually excellent so this was a disappointing and awful experience at the hands of the manager who would, I think, benefit from unconsciously bias training. 



Very depressing in 2022 to be the subject of racism at the Civil Service Club on the Queen’s Jubilee.
