It is a gem in Clubland. Good value and great food with the service very helpful and professional. Wine selection could be improved like adding a good Macon Lugny/uchizy and a Bordeaux/Claret for example. Otherwise always enjoyable visits.

Great value for money in a top location.

It was clear that our table had not been reserved (despite our booking confirmation and your emailed reminder).  We had to wait while a table was prepared - in an area that was clearly being redecorated - wet paint and dust sheets! I had requested either a window table or the booth, table 14.  We were given a table by the toilets! There was also a continual cold draft from that area.  It was also very noisy being adjacent to the bar. Despite having overlooked my booking, within 10 minutes of our being seated, about 2:30pm, the bar manager(?) placed a "reservation sign" on our table, at my side, for a later booking for 7:00 pm.   Tactful or not?   The man on the next table next to my guest , a long lost cousin, coughed continuously throughout our stay without any attempt to cover his mouth.  In contrast, my cousin had been careful enough to take a lateral flow test that morning before our meeting!

I thought it was a very enjoyable occasion and intend to make a return visit in June

Friendly & efficient Reception &  Ar staff.

Hosted a lunch in the Queen Elizabeth Room for a friend down from Scotland.  Both of us were very satisfied. Away from the traffic hubbub  in Northumberland Avenue the dining room was a haven of tranquillity.

Always a pleasure to visit the club and even on a busy Friday night we felt that staff were friendly and attentive.
