My wife and I had a great lunchtime drink with three guests. Excellent service with an extensive food and drink menu. A good time was had by all.

Glad to see the bar area is having a refurbishment.  Long overdue.

Nice food again however the chunky chips are far too big,  Didnt know whether to eat them or play a game of Jenga!!  The fries are good but these are too much.

Very impressed as usual and so were my guests.   It will look even better when the renovations,  redecorations are complete.

The persistent closure of the restaurant is a concern. That was a major perk of the membership.

Prompt service for breakfast and a lovely fry up!

Staff were lovely as always.  Very nice wine.  I feel comfortable dining as a single woman here.  Also pleased to see the new refurbishments - very smart.

The only downfall was the lift not working. The staff were all pleasant and on hand straight away to deal with any matters that arose, especially when a member of our party fell on the step into bar area and also to deal with an issue with bad language with other guests. These employees are a credit to the club.

My own experience of the food and service was good, however one of my guests had a problem with the food. She is a celiac and cannot eat food containing gluten, which would cause her serious medical problems. She ordered the steak and chips, what were marked as gluten free on the menu. On enquiry however it turned out that, although the chips were gluten free, the frying pans could have been contaminated with batter or other ingredients from mixing of food. Also, the peppercorn sauce was not gluten free. The menu must be amended to reflect the issues I’ve mentioned above and other items on the menu should be scrutinised to ensure that any foods listed as global free are exactly that.

A great club with sensational value for money, friendly but attentive service. Lovely food with a varied menu. Great drinks and comfortable surroundings. All this in the heart of historic London. It doesn’t get any better. Well done to the staff & management.

I was at the comedy night although the evening was good the seating was not up to standard.Tables were to close together so we could not get in and out of our seats, without everyone else’s moving from there seats.This has never happened before and I attend comedy night’s regularly.

Comedy night was great. Milton Jones appearance a complete surprise. Very good buffet. Definitely come again.

Convenient central London venue for good quality drink and great value food. Very friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere.

Vegan Food at Comedy Night was not good at all and very little choice.

Great comedy night with two other friends who enjoyed it immensely and delicious Chinese food was supplied for the buffet.
