My first time using the CSC for lunch with a friend. Excellent value for money, decent food and friendly staff both at reception and within the bar made for a very enjoyable time. Thank you.

Please serve up more pork and bacon dishes.  The breakfast is excellent  and ribs if pork is incredible.  Also I appreciate that you have non alcohol cider.  Please keep it up. See you soon.

We had a discrepancy with 2 similar rounds of drinks. 

I approached Jaz who investigated explaining what had happened & instantly putting it right.   
It was just a misunderstanding, but Jaz resolved it without fuss and a smile.  
Another example of great customer service at the CSC.

Always a lovely visit when we stay. Staff friendly and food is consistently good and plentiful. Good to see air con being fitted in bedrooms as that was a problem last time.

A very comfortable stay, and thank you for picking up Marion's handbag when she accidentally left it near the reception desk.

we have a monthly lunch in the club & every time everything is great, especially the service. Staff and other members are friendly which all goes to enhance the atmosphere.  Eating is somehow more enjoyable when other groups are around.

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Club. We booked the TV Room for our lunch with a guest. It was quieter than other parts of the Club and allowed us a relaxed opportunity to chat as well as the customary range and value of the food and drink on offer.

We really enjoyed our lunch visit the 19/8/26. The update to the bar area decor was a pleasant surprise and modernised the whole area. Food,drink and service very good.

A haven in the midst of central London. Good value food and drink, although I don’t like being encouraged to leave a tip for a barman pulling a pint! Ordered Sunday lunch - very good, but the Yorkshire pudding was soft and cold.

Having been a life member for over 25 years, was happy to be staying in the welcoming and familiar surroundings of the CSC. Was assigned a fire escape room, which I was uncomfortable with, but happily they changed it to single on floor 5. Lift only to floor 4. Stairs a challenge for some I think.

Always a joy coming to the Club  Magnificent, generous  steak grilled and seasoned to perfection, and the staff from the warm greeting at reception, ordering at the bar, and then serving are so hospitable and kind. Thank you to the Team
