Had a lovely meal and drinks pre-theatre to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

As ever the Civil Service Club came up trumps. Food was excellent (perhaps helpings were too large) but they cannot be faulted for Service and Quality

We were very pleased with our table, which was one of the booths at the side of the bar. It gave us privacy while being part of the atmosphere of the bar. We weren't surrounded by people going to and from the bar, which can be annoying when you're trying to have a chat and enjoy a meal.

I was very lucky to get a table on Sunday I booked very late.
The staff managed to get me a 45 minute table.
Sunday lunch was lovely and served very quickly but too much I did not manage dessert.
Looked after very well.

Staff are really friendly and efficient, rooms are clean and the food is excellent value for money. It has a real home from home atmosphere in the heart of the City.

Excellent Roast beef, served with brilliant and prompt service, as usual. The staff are always friendly, warm and efficient, today was no exception.

The dusk confit followed by cheese board with a large glass of Rioja  followed by coffee; together with excellent service,  was sheer bliss.  I think we achieved Nirvana.  A big "thank you" to all the Team
