We had a really great experience. From the warm welcome at reception to the great atmosphere at the bar, everything felt easy and enjoyable. A special mention to our waiter from Bolivia—super friendly, attentive, and professional. He really made our visit special.

Staff were very helpful

Although the bar was very busy it didn’t affect service which was very good. The atmosphere in the bar was great.

The staff on the whole are very friendly and efficient, the food was excellent again, as was the service, it can be a bit noisy at times and the TV's can be a bit distracting if you are sitting where you cannot avoid a screen, ! but on the whole as usual an enjoyable experience

Four of us were accommodated for lunch at short notice and the food was excellent  as always. Good atmosphere and service. Friends were very impressed.

While all serving staff were friendly and helpful, I was disappointed in the food. As a vegetarian there is already a limited menu but I ordered the veg platter, however, as I hate cheddar I asked for it to be replaced by brie, which you've done in the past.  This was refused,which was unreasonable.
