Very noisy, many people walking in without signing in - no apparent checks.

Couldn’t find reserved table - just told to look for a round table - it was filthy, no chairs and no staff available to clean it. Had to go upstairs and wait for someone to leave and take their table.

Diner left his dark rucksack next to table - I fell over it and hurt my ankle.

Food took a long time to come, I reminded them then it came out cold - had to be sent back.

Just awful experience.

As I arrived and looked for the table I had reserved I was unable to find it so I contacted a member of staff for assistance, this lady was so helpful and ahead of of my problem as she had already discovered that my table reserved sign had been wiped clean and a group were occupying the table, she was even writing a new sign as I approached her for help and soon had the group moved and the table cleaned. Top marks to this lady.

There was a stalled train on my line so I didn't have time to sit and eat but the kitchen made me food to take away which was very helpful

Great service and always happy to be flexible with our needs

I was with a group of 4 friends,  2 of whom had never been to the club. They had a ball! They loved the nibbles, the prices and the staff. A great night was had by all.

Best club in London. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The prices of both food and drink are very reasonable especially considering it’s central London. The seating and decor is comfortable and pleasant and the club has a lovely atmosphere.  I’d give the club 5 ??

Up to your usual standard, only downside we had to sit and listen to 3 women with very loud voices putting the world and his wife to rights, we moved once but it made no difference !!! if I see them there again I will run a mile !

Staff are great.

Very noisy - difficult to have a conversation. (Maybe the new upstairs bar is better, but I couldn't make a reservation for there)

Food & staff excellent as always

As usual, our table was reserved as requested. Service at the bar was friendly and good and our food orders came up quickly. The food was enjoyable and plentiful. Reception were friendly.
