The service, in particular was so friendly and helpful. It would be nice if the box for tips was more prominent however given that you don't add service to the bill, which, I think you should, those lovely women at the bar deserve it!

Great service as always.

We were put upstairs in the Queen Elizabeth dining room where there was no one else, so there was no atmosphere.  

Having gone downstairs to order our food it was not put on the system so after 40 mins we went to check and that was when the error came to light.

There was only one type of champagne on the wine list, yet at the bar when the bar manager appeared he mentioned there were two.  It was a shame because we would have preferred to be drinking the better champagne to start with.

I do think the younger bar staff could do with some retraining.

Fast, friendly and efficient service again when I met friends for lunch. Great value for money.

It was extremely crowded when I arrived and I could not find my table. The staff were really helpful and sorted it out quickly and efficiently. Food service was very  quick and the food was good value. Thank you.
