I stayed at the Civil Service Club for 5 nights and never had a complaint. The food was what I expected and all the staff were wonderful. I had family one afternoon for lunch and they too are members and we all had a great meal and chat.

Brought a friend in for lunch prior to attending a service at St. Paul's Cathedral.  Can't praise the staff high enough, service excellent.  The meal also excellent.

Great stay, staff helpful and friendly. Dinner good value and delicious.

The staff are always amazing at the CSC from being welcomed by the reception staff to the bar and rest staff nothing is too much trouble and they are always polite and friendly. The breakfast team make the start to the day relaxing and pleasant, and check out is easy and stress free.

This was my first visit to the CSC since becoming a member.  We had a thoroughly enjoyable visit, going for Sunday lunch.

The bar staff were all excellent, extremely friendly and helpful.

Any dirty dishes and pots were quickly cleared away.

The food was very good, nice and hot and good portion sizes.

Our table had been reserved just over a week ago, and was all set aside for our visit.

We were very happy with our visit, and will use the CSC as often as we visit London

Front desk staff always so miserable and when you ask them a question you always get the impression that you are disturbing their day.

My friend and I were able to have lunch in the back diner, it is a pity that there is no way to enjoy a more formal meal.  The food we had was excellent, really hot but table service would be appreciated.  It is one of the best places for food in London.
