A very convenient location for meeting up with friends and family for a social gathering, for dining before going to a west end show or relaxing after a shopping expedition, sightseeing or museum visit.  The prices are excellent for London and the staff are courteous and friendly.

I had an issue with my meal.  Initially the response wasn't to my satisfaction but it was resolved in the end so thank you.  Still happy with the club overall

Another lovely evening spent having a meal with friends at the club. A warm welcome from the reception and bar staff. Excellent prices and large portions of food.

Perfect stay as always , thanks to all the staff , especially the chambermaids who often goes amiss regarding freedback  , rooms are excellent also the reception staff are lovely

Table was booked as requested-but late in arriving (our fault). We managed to keep the same table which was booked for another party. The club was busy being a Saturday evening but the bar service was very good and the food, once ordered at the bar, can quickly and was very good.

Safe and inviting place and great value for money food and drink. Would like the QE2 dining room opened to waitress’s service again if viable.
