Excellent meal, great service and fab atmosphere

From an easy and pleasant booking experience talking with staff who were very helpful and knowledgeable, everybody made us feel welcome and relaxed nothing was too much trouble. Would very highly recommend and already looking to book our next visit.

Very busy when visiting on 7th but service was very good as was the food

The table we had was outside and unsuitable because we had a baby. The staff were very accommodating and arranged for us to sit on the 1st floor.

We are always happy to be at the club!  It is very welcoming and the accommodation is superb.  The beds are comfortable, decor lovely and the rooms we have been enjoying lately are quiet. Hard to believe we were in central London!  So easy to walk to many venues or to use public transport.  We eat in the bar as the food is excellent and good value.  There seemed to be fewer staff there than in the past but they worked hard and are so helpful and pleasant. Thank you!

The Civil Service Club remains a fantastic place to visit, very helpful staff and the food and drink is vey good excellent and great value for money. The vegetables are sometimes undercooked and hard.

We always have a great time at the club as it is so central.  The bar gets very busy and sometimes it is difficult to get a table in the bar area

Please pass our thanks to all of your staff who were on duty on Sunday 4th February 2024 serving our lunch. They are all so helpful. I don't know all of their names but I did catch on of your staff's name called Ijya. She is friendly, helpful and polite. We had a lovely time having our Sunday lunch to celebrate the birthday of a family member.

We had a great time and this only happened with the good service of your staff. Thank you very much for storing our birthday cake at your fridge for 2 hours. We really appreciate it.
