The service and food was very good. I’ve been in a number of times and it’s always been the same.

Excellent customer service from efficient staff.

Double room 508 was clean and quiet, but the en-suite shower room was very small and awkward to use.

Excellent service even though busy.  May even have recruited new members.

Bar staff very helpful and friendly. Food wonderful. Thank you.

I booked in person and asked for a quiet area. Much to my dismay, we were put right in the middle of the bar. This is the second time this has happened!  However, I spoke to Julia (Ass GM) and she found a table in a back room.

The food was fine and portion sizes generous. I ordered a coke and wants watching it being poured. I ended up with a pint for my wife ...she wasn't expecting that ! Really reliable service with a good atmosphere. I always feel safe in the club. Many thanks

Please don't change the four night weekend stay deal. This represents excellent value for money for those club members who don't work in London or live in the South East.

Good quality and great value

This time I have a small grudge : the food was very lukewarm and the plates were cold. AGAIN the vegetables were not quite cooked enough for our taste; too hard. Apart from that we like to come to the club which has been nicely refurbished downstairs.
