Can be a bit noisy in bar when busy but food and drink for money

We ate upstairs in Queen Elizabeth Dining Room which looked much more tidy than usual with tables laid with green trablecloth and cruet.  5 or 6 tables in use so more atmosphere. |Nice and quiet.  Fast service.

Perfect location. Close to Big Ben. Rooms are small but perfectly adequate. Bathroom lovely and clean.

Excellent Sunday lunch and we are coming back soon!

Excellent service as always.

The service was absolutely perfect. I added a note about it being my dad's birthday on the reservation and that I would like to bring a cake. The staff were ready for it and provided cutlery and plates. All of the staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to help us have a lovely evening. I would like to thank the bar manager in particular (I'm sorry I didn't get her name but she had blonde hair and was fantastic). Thank you!

Very busy, glad I booked. A great get together with the family.

I regularly meet friends at the club but as we are now elderly. Our only criticism is the level of noise in the bar and TV room which makes it difficult to have a conversation.  Sadly the Queen Elizabeth Dining Room is often not available.  We miss the days when there was always a first floor dining room available with waiter service.

My guests had a wonderful evening. The staff were attentive as usual and they were particularly impressed by the value of the food. Reception staff were particularly helpful in making my guest feel welcome and facilitating their entrance to the club.
