Great place

Glad I made the last minute decision to book a table for myself and son pre theatre as the club was very full and heavily booked. Two perfect steaks and a couple of nice glasses of wine. My next table booking via Dominika is for 20 of us so we will pretty well fill up the back of the club.

Very quick and efficient and accommodating with use of the TV

Great service and food s always and it was nice to see that the lime cordial had not been watered down.

We were in the back bar and was watching the early football match along with other people. One person spoke to the staff and got the channel changed. We thought it was a bit inconsiderate as the person should have asked those around him if it was ok.

Excellent support from reception, good food and very goof service.

Great night as always. Chi is just the best. Two of my friends had never been to the club and they couldn't get over the brilliant service and the prices. Ended up on shots which I really regret today!

Hired an area for retirement drinks, staffer service was excellent. A lot of my guests left with membership application forms which says it all.

Very good today, food excellent, and service up to it's usual standard, it was quite busy but not too noisy, particular member of staff who was very good, lovely young man, I do not know his name, but he said he was the Chinese Boy,  I am sure you know who he is.  He also had a good sense of humour,

Its always good to visit the CS club. All managers and  staff are very friendly and courteous. It will be even better if you could add some good vegetarian meals on the menu.

Good food, good service a bit noisy

Tv on in the bar room. We don’t all want to watch sport and some people got highly vocal watching the horse racing on the television

The food we had was lovely - both tasty and plentiful. The only reservation I have about the food and drink (hence the 3 stars) is the draught beer. The Guinness is usually very poor. I’ve always reverted to one of the lagers as they’re at least drinkable. Am I the only one?

We miss the upstairs reaturant a great loss. 
A quiet area to dine would be our choice away from the hubbub of the bar

Excellent service and the food was very good value for money, we had pie, seasonal veg and chips. Pie had lots of filling, and pastry was just right. Crispy on the top and not too soggy round the sides or bottom. Everyone really enjoyed their meal!
