The Food good but menu is a samey

Great place to meet old friends and ideally situated in the very centre of the city.

Excellent service, quality product, and comfortable surroundings.

This is our go-to stay when visiting London. Excellent accommodation and food. Ideal central location with easy transport links to places of interest. Reduces stress travelling from Devon to Heathrow or Gatwick. Couple of nights catching up with the city before a quick Express train on the flight day. Perfect!

We had Sunday lunch upstairs for the first

 time. Which we found more comfortable than eating in the main bar downstairs.

Can't wait until the upstairs bar refurbishment is completed,which will I believe greatly enhance the experience.

Great venue

Lovely meal and brought my wife (Member) and sister along.

The lunchtime  service was very good.

The dining experience in Queen Elizabeth dining room was disappointing and service was non existent. It would have been helpful if we had been told it was bar service when we were shown to our table. I appreciate the club was very busy.

Disappointing that all tables were booked from 17.30 onwards. My friends and I had to relinquish our table at that time then had nowhere to sit, inside or outside, so had no option but to leave. Add this frustration to the continued absence of lunchtime meals in the dining room and I start to question the worth of membership.

Top service and welcome / greeting on arrival at reception..  The ribs were delicious and highly recommended.  A welcome addition to the new menu  Thank you to all.

Sunday roast was great value for money, with excellent table service.

It would have been nice to have paid at the end of our meal rather than at the time we ordered the mains, then again at the desserts. It would also be good if we could be told exactly which table was ours rather than spending 5 minutes trying to find it.

Great staff, great service, but I think the prices are sneaking up a bit.

Two friends have recently joined following visits to the club with me.

Food is first class - fish and chips highly recommended
