Excellent service and food.
Just one request, please can meal be a bit hotter.

We love the Civil Service Club, wonderful location, excellent hearty food at a welcome price. Service is also excellent. We use the CSC before West End outings, football matches, family get-togethers, works for all these. Plus points accumulated when spending to obtain discount vouchers.

Thank you for the wonderful venue, great drinks and food and helpful serving staff. I really appreciate your effort to put my reservation and Kitty Hung's reservation at the same room next to the bar so that our group of friends can sit together. Thank you very much for accommodating our request.

Excellent venue. We have our own area next to the bar. 2 of my friends who immediately took the membership application forms and signed up to become a member.

As a club I do think the beer prices should be a bit lower

We had a tasty meal.  The service was very prompt.  Our table was in a corner but people were good natured about letting us out to get to the bar and back.  The atmosphere was lively and friendly with lots of people obviously enjoying a drink after work.

Last night was ridiculously noisy in the main bar.  It was hard to hold a conversation with others in my table.  It’s a shame that people in groups have to shout so loud.  I like a nice buzzy atmosphere but yesterday evening was not nice.  People need to be more respectful of others.

It would have been a 5 for service but I do think some of the bar staff could be a little friendlier.

Appreciated the range of beers which were wider than found at most pubs.

Had a problem booking as having filled out the online form the only option was "cancel". Rang the Club but had to leave a voicemail. A very pleasant lady rang back & took my booking for the next day over the phone which painlessly resolved the problem (not as good as not having a problem at all).

Was better still in the "old days" when the upstairs dining room could be used but it is still a fabulous organisation to be a member of, with lunch the best value by far in Central London. Living in the West Country means I can't come very often but it is a great place for meeting up with friends.

Salmon was delicious- great service and Cinnamon was very polite, attentive and helpful- as usual!
