Outstanding service and great food.

I had a Christmas meal but unfortunately, the meal was dry and we were originally given the wrong order. when I didn't finish my dessert because I didn't want to I was asked: "what's wrong with it now?" I think for a civil service club, this should be better.

Veronica was an excellent host making sure our party had a great experience for our team Christmas get together. My colleagues are now considering becoming members.

Sadly some pumps were not working and beer was not cold but staff managed well. Very noisy but good atmosphere and staff were very pleasant, especially the Manager. Hope all the team have a good Christmas and thanks for the excellent service.

Thanks again for securing a small area for myself and colleagues to use, its very much appreciated. Staff as ever where excellent and food very good. Wish you all a very merry Xmas and see you in the new year

Good Xmas lunch venue

My wife and I took our friends out for a Christmas meal. It was brilliant. It was the first time we had been back after Covid. The service was brilliant and we will be back in the new year.

Great time as always, staff are so friendly and efficient love eating here. Fabulous value for money ..Good home cooked food -friends love coming here to eat .
