Whether it is for business or pleasure the Club provides the perfect location. Whether it's for one night or a more comprehensive midweek stay or even a leisurely weekend break. We offer single, twin and double rooms, all en suite. Each room is equipped with tea/coffee making facilities along with Freeview TV & complimentary WI-FI.
 
Reservations for rooms can be made up to one year in advance.

Bookings for preferred rooms can be taken, however the Club reserves the right to alter rooms without notice.

Members may book rooms on behalf of guests but must guarantee the booking and the Club reserves the right to limit the number of rooms.

Please be advised that certain bedrooms in our Club have the capacity to accommodate an additional bed (subject to limited availability). Kindly contact our reservations team via email or call us at 02079304881 to check the availability. The supplementary cost for extra beds is £30.00 per night, inclusive of breakfast. Children under the age of 12 are exempt from the £30.00 supplement fee when sharing a room with adults.

Furthermore, we offer complimentary use of baby cots. Please make sure to make a request prior to your arrival, as its availability is contingent upon existing reservations.

Cancellation policy:
The Club reserves the right to charge the full room rate if a booking is cancelled less than 48 hours before and the club is unable to resell the room.

Bedroom Bookings

Bedrooms may only be booked by a Member of the Club.  The person staying in the room can be a non-member but the member making the booking will be held responsible for the guest during their stay.
 
Early Booking is advisable.

Payment for an overnight stay is due on departure.

Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the arrival. The Club reserves the right to charge the full cost of the room if the cancellation request is not received 48 hours prior to date of arrival.
