Very good Sunday lunch.

The food was excellent and the atmosphere was very good however the plates do need to be taken away when we have eaten .....

Food was lovely. The service was good.

I love the Civil Service Club; great atmosphere right in the heart of the West End coupled with brilliant friendly staff and great value for money! It is an oasis in all the madness.

Excellent value and lovely food. Only comment is that our vegetables were rather al dente.

Ordered roast chicken and explained to staff recipient had allergies. Despite there  being no mention of cheese on the menu it was served with cheese on top and inside the chicken. Upon alerting staff we were told.wed have to pay extra for another meal (which was £1 more- steak). We were told we would need to.stop our meal and come and make this payment immediately. Only when I asked for the manager did sense prevail. 



This is concerning on a number of levels - primarily safety. Could I suggest that the menu is urgently altered to alert people with allergies. I am sure you will.reflect on the customer service training that this episode suggests.for.your otherwise excellent staff.

Bit noisy. Also a cloakroom for coats would be handy

The air con in the bar was an issue because it was blowing cold and staff weren't sure what to do.
