I had a lovely working breakfast this morning with a colleague. This is the first time she has been to the Club and described it as the best kept secret in Whitehall and excellent value for the members.

Excellent service at lunchtime and very quick.

The food & service is always excellent, a consistently high standard . The TV room is excellent for two of us who have poor hearing, not that the jolly busy atmosphere in the bar is objected to! Keep up the good work!

Lovely atmosphere

It would be good to have egg cups for a boiled egg. The staff are all welcoming and helpful. The club is in a great location.

It is always nice to just pop in for a coffee, drink before heading off around London, staff are always friendly and attentive.

Excellent value classic food and great service. Staff are always really friendly and helpful.

Excellent lunch enjoyed by myself, my wife and two guests.

The whole experience was great. I took a star off food as only some of my party ate and I wasn't one of them but what I saw served was good and looked tasty.

Super lunch in the garden egetarian and seafood platters shared. Lovely.

Very good food and a nice location

Very good offering all round. My only observations are:

1. When the bar is full at peak times it is very full. (See comment below on the Dining Room)

2. Such a shame the Dining Room is closed most of the time. Could it not be opened at selected peak times eg when the bar is full with diners like Sunday lunch? If the menu was the same as the bar only marginal cost would be waiting staff and the extra covers should hopefully offset this.

3. The club could really do with a reading room with no noisy bar eg to read/take a nap/coffee. Room space an issue but perhaps one of the meeting rooms might be big enough?

Great location and food at a great price.
