I keep returning as value for money and friendliness of staff

Thank you to the Civil Service Club team for making me and my guests feel very welcome. The team communicated proactively and professionally, and went the extra mile throughout. Thank you again.

I’m a regular visitor to the Civil Service Club for meals and drinks, and very occasionally to stay overnight.  Everything was good as usual and the included breakfast (we had full English) was excellent!

Another excellent lunch at the CSC, my friends and I had a wonderful time.

A bit noisy at times, plus a shame we cannot use the upstairs dining area.  We couldn't find the table we booked so the female staff looked on the screen and identified our table. This was the first time our name was not put on the small board on the table, so it's important to book if dining there.

Excellent service

We usually stay at the club a night or two before flights from Heathrow which means we often have heavy luggage.  I find it difficult to carry these up the stairs when allocated a room on the 5th floor. 
It would be very helpful to be able to reserve a lower level room at time of booking.

We had a booking for 20 in the tv room. On arrival only 14 chairs. Had to ask waiters to get extra which they did. Once that was done all was very good. Food, service, all excellent value. Thankyou.

I always find the CSC a pleasant place to enjoy a relaxed lunch. I have found all of the staff are helpful, attentive and friendly.

We had the best night! After messing up the timings on my table booking, the team went out of their way to accommodate us on what was a busy evening. The food was excellent and everything was great value for money.

Prompt and efficient service, nice food and drinks for myself and my two friends, we get together now and again as civil service retirees and the Club is an ideal venue in central London for that.

The Civil Service is a fantastic haven right in the heart of central London! It’s the perfect place to step away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy a bit of calm. While some areas are showing their age, the overall atmosphere and convenience make it a real gem. Adding a quiet rest room and showers

Friendly helpful staff Always good value

All the staff are very polite, courteous, and friendly which makes the service they give is just excellent. Food is superb too. Keep it up.
