Staff are always helpful and polite especially Rueben and Simone who are very professional and friendly

This was my first stay and I'll certainly be coming again. I'd like especially to praise the frendliness and helpfulness of the staff, the bar/resaurant staff in particular. I'd also add that the cleaners on the 4th floor went out of their way helpful.

All the bar staff are brilliant. They are friendly, cheerful, helpful and efficient, and a credit to the Club. Please hang on to them, especially Reuben.

Very disappointing that the bar stopped serving beer to 'clean the pipes' mid-afternoon. Couldn't this be done before the bar opens in the morning or after it closes in the evening?

Excellent location, very nice reception on entering the club with a good welcome, very friendly staff, good simple food at sensible prices with good portion sizes.  Everything on the menu is good.
