It is nice to be back at the Club anyway, but enhanced by friendly and accommodating staff, and good value for money menus.

Fast service in bar area.  Very good home made steak & ale pie.  With chips almost too much for me. Very good value for money. Loos good with excellent rear view mirrors in the ladies.

It was lovely being able to walk across from the War Rooms and have such a nice lunch, knowing from so many meals over the years that it would be so enjoyable.

Food in the Club had improved considerably and all attendees in our party of 9 people were very complimentary of their meals and also the service provided by both the Dining Room and the Bar teams respectively.

The only point that I would raise is that there was not a table ready when I arrived. I had reserved a table. If the club had been full there may have been an issue

First time of trying, food and drink very reasonable for London. Bar area was a bit lacking in atmosphere.
