Very Good Club.

I eat and drink here at least once a month. I've always found the atmosphere to be relaxed, friendly and the staff very helpful. Food and drink is reasonably priced and plentiful. I've no hesitation in recommending this venue.

Always love using the club.  Good value for money and ideally placed.  Look forward to all the old favourites returning.

As always the staff are exemplary in their manner - always so courteous and helpful (whether that be in Reception, the Breakfast service, lunch & bar, cleaning staff for rooms etc).  A great team of people.



Food was really good and well presented representing very good value for money. Whilst good to see some redecoration ongoing, the main bar area does need some more work - but already beginning to look much better.

Bar and Reception staff brilliant as always. Reuben in particular is extremely helpful and entertaining. Hang on to this man !

Booking arrangements worked well. Excellent food and service as usual. Informal atmosphere great for meeting up with colleagues face to face again.

Lovely staff and good food.  The decor is dated and the the place could do with an upgrade throughout, but it's great value for money in the heart of London.

My husband and I chose to stay here due to the proximity of the start/finish line for the London Landmarks Half Marathon and Charing Cross Station. 



I have visited the CSC a few times before and the food is always good (generous portions too), the drinks are very reasonably priced for London and the staff are friendly & helpful. It was no different on this occasion. 



I think the club is looking a bit tired in places, but it looks as though the bar area is undergoing some small improvements. 



We stayed in room 506 which isn't serviced by the lift (it only goes as far as the 4th floor), the stairs to floor 5 are quite steep and there was a big step into our room. The room itself was basic but it was clean & it was nice to have the addition of a Nespresso! A safe would be useful in the room & the double bed was a little snug - we're used to a king size bed at home! There was certainly room for a king size bed. A hook on the bathroom door would have been useful & the shower screen didn't open fully as it was next to the basin so it made reaching the bath taps & shower controls a bit tricky! 



Unfortunately, our room was at the back which meant there was a loud vent outside our room. Luckily I had ear plugs with me, but I could still hear it. 



That said, it was fine for what we needed, the location was ideal and the price was fantastic! 



We'll stay again, but in future, we'll request to have a room facing the front of the building on the 3rd or 4th floor.

Was not advised that the restaurant was closed on Mondays.

The Club has never failed us. This time travelled a couple of hours to London for a museum trip with two grandchildren, with supper at the Club before our journey home. They loved the day and they loved the food - a win all round, thank you!

Went there before going to the Theatre (and VAT increase).

The staff really add to the good service in the bar area.

It was very hectic and busy on the night we went and our order was wrong.  However it was soon put right but I think I will avoid busy times in future, too noisy and not enjoyable.

Extremely friendly service. Great range of drinks which are very reasonably priced. Food is excellent value and very tasty. A great place to visit.
