The Civil Service Club’s accommodation rates will be increasing from 1 January 2026. This is the first increase since January 2024 and with an average increase of 5.12% represents a below inflation rate over the intervening period. Where future bookings have been made these will honoured at the rate confirmed at the time of booking.
Bedroom Bookings
Bedrooms may only be booked by a Member of the Club. The person staying in the room can be a non-member but the member making the booking will be held responsible for the guest during their stay.
Early Booking is advisable.

Payment for an overnight stay is due on departure.
Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the arrival date.
The Club will charge the full room rate if a booking is cancelled less than 48 hours before the arrival date.

Reservations
Bookings for preferred rooms can be taken, however the Club reserves the right to alter rooms without notice.
Members may book rooms on behalf of guests but must guarantee the booking and the Club reserves the right to limit the number of rooms.
Please be advised that certain bedrooms in our Club have the capacity to accommodate an additional bed (subject to limited availability). Kindly contact our reservations team via email or call us at 0207 930 4881 to check the availability. The supplementary cost for extra beds is £30.00 per night, inclusive of breakfast. Children under the age of 12 are exempt from the £30.00 supplement fee when sharing a room with adults.
Furthermore, we offer complimentary use of baby cots. Please make sure to make a request prior to your arrival, as its availability is contingent upon existing reservations.
Cancellations
