Usual excellent standard, obviously a. little more busy due to the time of the year,  but service was good as was the food, thank you

I'm always extremely proud to bring any friends, relatives and immediate family to this fabulous club. Everthing about ot is superb. And the staff are excellent, helpful and cheerful. Well done my CSC!

Really pleased you have also updated disabled persons toilet - you need to add a warning about tap can be very hot really quicly. I was hoping to see a few leaflets in reception about room bookings etc. Also

I know we are moving into the busy pre Xmas period but I reserved an area for 12 but was allocated two small tables.

I’m a regular visitor to the Civil Service Club for meals and drinks, and very occasionally to stay overnight.  Everything was good as usual and the included breakfast (we had full English) was excellent!

Another excellent lunch at the CSC, my friends and I had a wonderful time.

A bit noisy at times, plus a shame we cannot use the upstairs dining area.  We couldn't find the table we booked so the female staff looked on the screen and identified our table. This was the first time our name was not put on the small board on the table, so it's important to book if dining there.

Excellent service

We usually stay at the club a night or two before flights from Heathrow which means we often have heavy luggage.  I find it difficult to carry these up the stairs when allocated a room on the 5th floor. 
It would be very helpful to be able to reserve a lower level room at time of booking.
