Put your knowledge to the test and enjoy one of the Club’s most popular social evenings. Our regular Quiz Nights take place on the first and third Monday of each month in the first-floor bar, bringing together friendly competition, good humour, and a lively atmosphere. Please note that quizzes are not held on the first Monday in January, the third Monday in November, and there are no quizzes at all during December.

There is no charge to Members for reserving a table for themselves, fellow Members or guests that will participate in their team. Teams of up to six players are welcome to take part and teams of any size are welcome, and you’re just as free to take part with a smaller group as you are with a full team of six. The Quizmaster will collect the entry fee on the night at £2 per player, with all entry money forming the prize pot so the more teams that join in, the bigger the winnings.

You are free to choose your own team name each time you play, as long as it is respectful and suitable for a mixed audience. There is no league table, so you can reinvent yourselves every week; simply write your chosen name clearly on your answer sheets.

Quiz Nights are extremely popular, with many regular teams booking well ahead. Places can fill several months in advance, so we strongly recommend reserving your table early. To reserve your tickets, click below, remember there is no charge at this point.
