Chef's recommended menus for private dining Please see 'Your guide to our meeting facilities, buffets, lunches and private dining' for a printable version of this page. Note - you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open this file. All our meals are prepared fresh on site. If you require a bespoke menu we can price your menu for you. Any special dietary requirements can be discussed with the Chef. To the best of our knowledge all foods are GM free and some dishes may contain nuts. We require at least Four Days written notice for your menu choice, including vegetarian and other dietary requirements. We appreciate that the final numbers may change due to circumstances beyond your control. However we shall invoice you for the final number you provide 48 hours prior to the event. We only accept payment from Members and their Organisations. Credit terms only accepted by prior arrangement with the Management. Strictly 28 days. All diners must dine from the same menu except for dietary considerations.
