Room hire is only chargeable if 9 people or less are dining.
We require at least Four Days written notice for your menu choice, including vegetarian and other dietary requirements.
We appreciate that the final numbers may change due to circumstances beyond your control. However we shall invoice you for the final number you provide 48 hours prior to the event.
We only accept payment from Members and their Organisations. Credit terms only accepted by prior arrangement with the Management.
