Meetings

Room hire is always charged for meetings. We may require you to vacate the room by a certain time to allow a follow-on booking.
The Elizabethan Room (picture)	£130.00 for half a day and £150.00 for a full day	22 people boardroom style and up to 50 people for a finger buffet/reception
The Trafalgar Room (picture)	£130.00 for half a day and £150.00 for a full day	24 people boardroom style, 35 people theatre style or 50 people for a finger buffet/reception
The Edward Bridges Room	£120.00 for half a day and £140.00 for a full day	14 people boardroom style or 30 people for a finger buffet/reception
The Milner Barry Room (picture)	£110.00 for half a day and £130.00 for a full day	12 people boardroom style or 20 people for a finger buffet/reception
The Dining Room (picture)	£180.00 for half a day and £200.00 for a full day	70 people theatre style and a maximum of 100 for a finger buffet/reception
The Peter Ward Room (picture)	£110.00 for half a day and £120.00 for a full day	Up to 16 people for a meeting or 25 people for a finger buffet/reception
The Churchill Room	£75.00 for half a day and £85.00 for a full day	8 people for a meeting or 15 people for a finger buffet/reception

All prices include VAT at 17.5%. If your invoice is paid on the day, a 10% service charge will be added. If not paid on the day, a 12% service charge will be added.

Functions

The Conference Rooms can also be used for functions - for example a sit down meal or a reception with a finger buffet. Please see the Function Room sit down menu page or finger buffet page for further details.
