Function Room bookings to be made through the Duty Manager's Office on the second floor - Telephone 020 7930 4881, Fax 020 7839 5751 or E-mail office@civilserviceclub.org.uk.

The minimum number of diners for a private function room is ten.

An early Provisional booking for the room, day and date of your choice is recommended.

Written Confirmation is required to make the booking definite.

An indication of the number of persons attending and the menu choice is required one week in advance of the date of the function.  The choice must be restricted to a maximum of 3 starters, 3 main courses and 3 desserts plus 1 vegetarian choice.

The Club reserves the right to transfer any party to a smaller room if the original number of persons booked reduces significantly.

The final number of persons attending and the final menu choice must be confirmed in writing to the Duty Manager 48 hours prior to the booked date.  Fax 020 7839 5751 or to ‘Civil Service Club, 13 - 15 Great Scotland Yard, London SW1A 2HJ’.  This number will be the minimum charged.

If your invoice is paid on the day, a 10% service charge will be added.  If not paid on the day a 12% service charge will be added to your invoice.
