Bedrooms may only be booked by a Member. The person staying in the room can be a non member but the member making the booking has to be staying at the same time as his/her guest(s).
Early Booking is advisable. In order to maintain our rates at such a competitive level, we MUST receive payment at least one week prior to arrival. If we do not receive this payment the room can be re-let to another member. A non-arrival charge will be levied when we are unable to re-let the room.
Bedrooms may be booked by either phoning Reception on 020 7930 4881, by email reservations@civilserviceclub.org.uk or sending a fax to 020 7930 0334.
Please could you supply the following information when making a booking:
| Your name (Title, Initial and Family name) | Membership Number (essential) |
| Contact telephone number in the event of queries | Type of room (Single/Double/Twin) |
| Date of arrival | Date of departure |
| Whether or not you would like half board (3 course dinner including coffee) | Any special requests such as a room which does not involve climbing stairs etc. |
| Method of payment. This can be by personal cheque, credit or debit card. We accept Switch/Delta debit cards and MasterCard/Visa credit cards. Please advise the card number with expiry date plus, for Switch cards, the issue number. | |
